Chicago, Illinois –(6/1/2009)- How would like to win either a Free table or 
Admission to The 2009 Video Game Summit, now you can thanks to our first

The first contest called “Who Am I?” is a trivia contest ran by Bryan Roppolo, Editor of Retrogaming Times Monthly:
where contestants guess the name of the game and it’s programmer. The winner of this contest wins a Table for the show.
(originally there where 2 tables up for grabs  one for each winner, but right after this was announced on 
Retrogaming Times Monthly June issue, the first of two tables was won already).

The second contest is called “High Score Monthly” is a High Score Contest ran by Paul “ZimmZamm” Zimmerman,
who is also our Tournament Promoter at the show and is now writing for Retrogaming Times Monthly: where contestants 
submit there high score of a selected game (Similar to Twin Galaxies and the high score contests ran on Atari Age.com).
The winner of this months contest gets Free Admission to show, which will allow admission 2 hours before the show to 
watch Paul’s Attempt at getting 3 million on 2600 Phoenix and as well as see other games being used for the 
rest of challenge tournaments 2 hours before the show starts.

The Video Game Summit, now in its sixth year, brings together classic and modern 
generation gamers from all over the country to swap stories, games and to 
compete in sanctioned tournaments and raffles. The event is open to the public 
and people of all ages with an interest in video games or computers are 
encouraged to attend.  According to the event's organizer, Dan Iacovelli, "we 
plan to have gaming consoles to play. ” 


The date of the show will be July 18th, 2009 from 11am to 6pm at The Heron Point 
Convention Center,665 West North Avenue, Lombard,IL(adjacent from the Fairfield 
Inn and Suites hotel)Admission is $3.00 per person(which includes free entry to 
raffle and your first free pop and bag and chips(Additional pop is 1.25 each and 
bag of chips .75 each).Tables is 10.00 each (This includes admission for your 
group, raffle entry and pop and bag of chips).
We will once again have free Wi-Fi access.
